How long is Radiance!?
Radiance! is approximately 2 miles of 2 MILLION lights long!
How long does it take to experience Radiance!?
The time it will take to experience Radiance varies but the average is 25 minutes.
What vehicles are permitted at Radiance!?
Cars, SUV’s, and trucks are permitted. We do not allow limousines, high-capacity passenger busses, RVs, and any vehicle with a trailer.
What about Vans or Mini-Vans?
Small Vans or Family mini-vans are permitted however, they must purchase a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket to Radiance! VIP tickets are not available to vehicles with a seating capacity of more than 8 persons.
Can my passengers ride in the bed of my truck?
Yes, keep in mind we do not have any parking at Radiance! and so you must arrive as you intend to view the show and consolidate prior to coming. NOTE: We can sell VIP tickets to vehicles with more than 8 passengers. You must purchase a General Admission Ticket.
What is the overhead clearance for vehicles?
Vehicles must be a maximum of 10ft high to clear the light tunnels at Radiance!
Can I change the date of my tickets once I have ordered them?
You may make changes to your order after you have placed it. However, you will be charged a $5.00 ticket change fee. If inclement weather forces us to close, this fee will be waived. To transfer dates, follow the link in the email in which the tickets were sent to you. That link will take you to PreKindle our ticketing company. Simply let them know what day you’d like to change to. Once the $5 transfer fee is paid, they will send you the new tickets. NOTE: Tickets may not be transferred to another date on, or after the day you are scheduled to attend.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All sales are final at Radiance! & Frozen in Frisco. If you wish to change the date of your ticket, we are able to accommodate your request for a $5 ticket change fee. We do offer ticket insurance at the time of purchase. Details of our ticket insurance policy is available HERE. Will Radiance! open even if the weather is bad?
Our goal is to open regardless of inclement weather. However, if we are concerned about extremely hazardous weather, we will not open for the safety of our guests. Please check our social media pages for updates: Facebook or Instagram
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card. We do not accept cash.
Can I purchase tickets the day of the show at the location?
Yes. We have mobile box offices In place for drive-up sales. Please keep in mind, VIP tickets may sell out in advance due to demand on our busiest days. If you are planning on purchasing VIP tickets, we recommend you do so in advance online.
Can I leave my vehicle to take photographs?
No. In the interest of safety, you must remain in your vehicle at all times
What entrance should I use?
Enter from Mineral Wells Hwy, just west of Rick Williamson Memorial Hwy.
How can I listen to the music at Radiance!?
To hear the soundtrack, you will tune your car stereo to our special Radiance! station listed at the entrance to the attraction.
What do I get for a V.I.P ticket upgrade?
When you purchase a V.I.P upgrade, upon arrival you get to use the dedicated V.I.P lane which means less of a wait on busy days. Each guest receives a cup of hot chocolate and a bag of popcorn to enjoy, and kids get special Magic Light Glasses that reveal secret Christmas images in all of Radiance’s magical dancing lights! What are the ticket prices?
General Admission prices range from $29.95 per vehicle depending on the date you select to visit.
VIP Admission is $49.99 per vehicle (Max 8 passengers)
*All prices are plus tax and ticket fee.
Are restrooms available?
No public restrooms are available.
Is food and beverage available for purchase?
Hot Chocolate, plus a selection of grab-and-go snacks will be available for purchase from the comfort of your car.
Are there any special retail items for purchase?
You can become a part of the show with our specially themed LED glowing wands, necklaces and gadgets available for purchase from the comfort of your car.
Can I book my holiday party at Radiance! and receive a group discount?

Yikes! I booked my ticket online but need to switch days. Help!
No problem, as long as you let us know of any changes BEFORE your scheduled day at Radiance! just email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do the rest.
What if there is a wait?
Although we work very hard to keep wait times to a minimum, attendance does spike at the weekends. We recommend bringing anything to keep the kiddos entertained while you make your way into the show. We also recommend coming Monday-Thursday when wait times are expected to be less.
